    Artist Services
Description :
One of the most important tasks at the festival is to look after event artists! It's a pretty big job, so we've broken it down into four teams: transportation, green room, hospitality, liason officer and assistance service. Each of these teams is run by a dedicated coordinator.

Required Skills :
Good spoken language, good with people, outgoing, organised and self-reliant and able to multi-task and keep a cool head.
    Festival Foodstalls
Description :
You will support the Marketing departement in placement of site markers, allocation of hire equipment, checking documentation and compliance, directing sponsors to event sites and generally ensure the area is kept clean and tidy.

Required Skills :
Good people skills essential, with an ability to listen carefully and resolve problems. You may need to move trestle tables and to use a tool or two.
    Festival Sponsors
Description :

    Festival Shop
Description :
You will support the Merchandise departement and sales team members in selling a wide range of merchandise.

Required Skills :
Must love working in retail and be fanatical about 'neat and tidy'. A background in retail/merchandise/display would be useful but not essential.
    Promotion and Information
Description :
One of the most way to create a successfull event is through good promotion, so we've broken it down into a few teams: media handling, meet and greet, interview area, Social Media Network, Event Info Booth, media center. Each of these teams is run by a dedicated coordinator.

Required Skills :
Good spoken language, know how to operate social media accounts, good with people, organized and self-reliant and able to multi-task and keep a cool head.
    Social Network Management
Description :
If you're feeling one of the social media addict and a creative person, then you're the one that we've been looking for! This team will work before and during the event to handle all Java Jazz Festival's social media.

Required Skills :
Knows how to operate social media, creative person, writting, photograph, and/or video skill are plus point.
    IT and Access Control
Description :
IT and access control is the backbone of the festival, and so we have divided it into: technical support (network and others), main gate area.

Required Skills :
Can work with team.
    Festival Program
Description :
Program is what makes an event. So we have divided the team to handle Indonesian and foreign musicians performances.

Required Skills :
Understand and loves music, organized, good spoken language, self reliant and is able to work with a cool head.
    ID Card Division
Description :
Responsible for production, data entry, on gate verification, distribution.

Required Skills :
Can work with team.
    Ticketing
Description :
Responsible setting ticketing on venue.
